Description
Ideal for the gym, the Kinetik heart rate monitor measures the heart rate
in three ways, current, max and average, as well as functions such as a basic
watch, built-in alarm, stopwatch, backlight and calorie counter. The heart rate
data is transmitted by the included chest strap.
All the heart rate
information (current, maximum and average rate) is all displayed on the large
backlit LCD screen for ease of use while walking, running or during other
exercises.
A maximum heart rate set by the user will sound an alarm if the
heart rate exceeds it, allowing you to keep track of your exercise and avoid
over-working the heart.
