1. Sales

All sales are subject to these conditions and no other conditions shall apply.

2. Prices

Prices are subject to alteration without notice and prices invoiced will be those ruling at the date of despatch. VAT is charged extra at the rate of ruling at the date of despatch. Quotations will be current for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Discounts

Standard customer discounts do not apply to furniture, equipment, specialist items and other non-discountable items, nor in conjunction with any other offer.

4. Payment

Where payment is by credit card or debit card, Kays Medical reserve the right not to deliver goods or supply services until confirmation of payment is received. Where payment is in accordance with a trading account, Kays Medical will deliver an invoice with each order. Payment is required within 28 days of the date of invoice. Kays Medical reserve the right to charge 4% interest per month on any invoices remaining unpaid after their due date.

Note: Kays Medical supports the CBI initiative to encourage prompt payment of business invoices.

5. Delivery Costs

Orders of £100.00 or more (excluding VAT) will normally be delivered free of charge to mainland UK* addresses. For orders below £100.00 to UK* addresses there will be a small order charge of £7.50 (plus VAT) to cover insurance, packaging and postage. (*Exceptions are bulky items such as furniture and any deliveries outside mainland UK or to northern Scotland where extra carriage costs will be incurred).

For delivery before noon the next working day there will be an extra charge of £14.00

For delivery before 10am the next working day there will be an extra charge of £17.00

6. Title

The goods remain the title of Kays Medical until payment for the goods has cleared.

7. Insurance

Upon delivery of the goods, the risk inherent in the goods is transferred to you (the customer/buyer). We accept no responsibility for misuse or incorrect use of the goods.

8. Delivery Claims

Claims for goods damaged in transit or short delivery must be made to Kays Medical within three working days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery must be made to Kays Medical within three working days of agreed delivery date. Otherwise we shall not be liable for damage, deficiency nor non-delivery.

9. Delivery Dates

Delivery of stock items within 24/48 hours. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery, or any consequence resulting thereof.

10. Returned Goods

Returned goods will not be accepted for credit unless through prior arrangement and credit will only be given according to the condition of the goods, if we are informed within three working days, resaleability and/or our suppliers ability to credit us. We are unable to accept pharmaceutical items as returned goods unless an error in supply has been made by Kays Medical. All returns may be subject to a handling charge.
